Balsamic Vinegar of Modena (Aceto Balsámico di Módena) is a well-known vinegar of Italian origin, produced in the region of Emilia-Romagna in the north of Italy.
This vinegar was originally called ‘Balsamic’ because it was used as a remedy against rheumatism, and was rubbed on the affected body parts like a balm.
Store in a cool dry place, away from sources of heat or light. Any deposit at the bottom of the bottle should not be interpreted as a sign of poor quality, it’s completely natural.
