This black truffle sauce is heavier in flavour, consistent with the typical aroma and flavour of the Italian black truffle. It has a good coarse texture with obvious amounts of black truffle. Add a spoonful of this Black Truffle Sauce to your pasta, sauces, or, as I do, mix it with your bread dough to make “truffle bread”. You can only win!
